She is a trained SynaGus Practioner in Human Behaviour, Psychometrics and Clarity Power Coaching which differentiates her in Business and Personally as these are tools she believes are important to align individuals to help move them forward Personally and in Business with clarity to achieve success.
Recognised by industry leaders including the BBC as an influential woman as well as being the Founder of a vibrant Creative PR Agency called Abstract PR which takes Individuals, Brands and Businesses into becoming the go-to influencers within their sector.
Her Business journey went from being a graduate at the prestigious London’s Art school, Central Saint Martins to founding a Global Knitwear Consultancy Business. Manufacturing and supplying to blue chips such as Harrods And Burberry from the age of 22, as well as being one of the first manufacturers and suppliers during the Christmas jumper boom almost ten years ago supplying over One Million units all across the UK.
After graduating, she worked with renowned designers such as Alexander McQueen & JW Anderson launching their collections at London Fashion Week.
Am became the first and youngest British Asian female to collaborate on her own Exclusive Men’s Knitwear collection with ASOS, the largest online retailer at the time. Her brand ‘Am Golhar’ was recognised and stocked globally receiving National coverage from leading fashion publications such as Vogue and Drapers to dressing renowned individuals such as Global Fashion Model David Gandy.
Headhunted by Burberry at the age of 25, whilst still running her Consultancy Business and Brand, she was bought on to help build the Childrenswear Business for several months.
She has been most sought for her Creative Vision and delivery of successful strategy, offering something bespoke, unique and fresh. Her delivery from conception to implementation shares her success within her strategy which she has perfected throughout the last 14 years. Her trialled and tested steps have been used with High Profile Individuals, Multi Million Pound Corporate clients and Brands across a spectrum of over 15 Industries including Infrastructure, Fashion, Health, Music as well as Internationally Renowned Businesses.
